Good games, no game support

Im I got this when it first came out, and have achievements for various Season 1 & 2 tables. Yet this program either wants me to redownload them every session, or forgets you ever bought them. Ive contacted support several times to restore access, but Im losing tables. I cannot recommend this in the slightest since there support seems to have taken my money and Ive nothing to show for it. Id advise against any investment in the obviously buggy IOS version of this product.
