Pinball Arcade Plus App Reviews

Great game. Great tables. Bad camera. The devs need to look at Zen Pinball for how to make a good camera system. That being said, Ive put far more money into this game than any other iOS title.

Excellent recreations of some of the best pinball tables of all time. Real tables are becoming quite hard to find, but these ones are awfully close. Great graphics, great gameplay, and there are new tables released every month. Unfortunately, FarSight seems literally incapable of shipping a new table or app update without screwing something up. There are ALWAYS bugs, and quite frankly lot of them are really obvious and should have been caught by any competent QA team. Sadly, QA seems pretty low on FarSights list of priorities. This has been going on for years now, so I wouldnt hold out hope that theyll ever get their act together. Still, if you want to play the best, real pinball tables, and dont mind that at least a few of the tables will always be broken in some way (I guess thats pretty true to real arcades anyway), this is the app you want.

I lost all the tables paid from season one! Why?

This is a rip off, you buy the game, then you have to buy tables. There should atleast be a system where you can use a credit or two for a free full game on any of the tables. The tables all work great though.

False advertising, $0.99 for what you still have to purchase the game! Stay away!

Farsight login fails... Every time, even after password reset... Why no Game Center... Thats just dumb.

This is a great app with some really nice touches that make it deeper than just the tables themselves. There are reviews mentioning a requirement for Facebook, but this version does not require that for tournaments or challenges. The table history, walkthroughs and flyers are a nice touch!

Wont even load on my 1st gen iPad since the Jan 2015 update. Do you plan on fixing this?

Latest update makes the app unplayable. Constant crashes. FarSight is a joke. Fix this now you morons!

This is a great pinball arcade, I know I recommend the real machines but this is awsmazing (awesome + amazing) and the tables look and feel great and realistic, I love the fact that these are all real tables, Ive actually played on a few of these until my local arcade burnt down, I used to be the the third best pinball player there. The sound effects are great, true to the real ones, some of the old machines I played on were in pour condition so some of the sounds didnt work, thats why its so great to be able to hear some of these as they were meant to be heard. Sadly the music isnt the greatest, buy why not listen to own mix any way, thats what people did before. The tables look great, all polished, clean and nice. Bright colours all around, its all so sleek and define. The physics really pull it off. When you hit an obstacle you mone the way youd expect to move, there is no slow down (at least I havent encountered any) for multiball or fast ball movement. This game is truly a 5/5

it display verry well some old and some newer pinball machines. i play it with a x64 apple iPad mini 2 retina display.

I was so extied to try the new tables but when i go to buy it it says i must be connected to the internet to download tables which i am connected but still thinks im not.

Ive been waiting for some more vintage tables like Big Shot. Now with El Dorado and Fireball, that wait is over! More please... Mata Hari, Bronco, Slick Chick, Touchdown (Williams), etc... Please and thanks!

One creep table for 7$, are you crazy???

One of the best apps(not just games) on iOS. Real table recreations done beautifully. Get to play some tables most of us wouldnt get to play otherwise.

This game faithfully recreates pinball games like they were meant to be played! Definitely a must have! This is a five star game, but, although I like the layout and functionality of the new version... It crashes! Regularly. Im on iPhone 6s Plus with the current iOS

Game play when it does function at ALL is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I dont know what you have done with the new look, but you seem TO HAVE WRECKED what was a pretty decent APP. Juste Dredd continuously throws 3 straight balls down the middle without even touching the flippers. Mars Attack & Adams Family suffer from the worst STICKY FLIPPERS Ive ever seen. Gave up after 3 ROTTEN gameplay experiences. And where are our HALL OF FAME POINTS? EITHER CHANGE BACK TO THE OLD VERSION OR FIX THIS NEW BUG-RIDDEN VERSION. IAM ONE ¥€£*+¥£€ OF AN ANGRY CLIENT STUCK WITH CLOSE TO 50 TABLES.

This was a great app until the recent update. The new features are non-responsive navigation, screen freezes and having to search for the games I purchased. Can we just go back to the app that worked?

What an amazing game. That is all These are real tables people The new update has some menu improvements but lots of problems now that needs fixing. It will be fixed soon I hear.

The recent update to the UI was a big mistake. There is no way to sort the available tables to only show the ones you own, forcing you to scroll through a field of icons to find them. UI buttons disappear and reappear. Absolutely ruined an amazing app with amateur hour menu design. Six months of feedback during the Steam beta test period on PC for this update was completely ignored by the developer. It absolutely feels as if they went live with the wrong build. Very sad.
